Exo­dus 20

1 And God spake all these words, say­ing,
2 I am the LORD thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any like­ness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.
5 Thou shalt not bow down thy­self to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jeal­ous God, vis­it­ing the iniq­uity of the fathers upon the chil­dren unto the third and fourth gen­er­a­tion of them that hate me;
6 And shew­ing mercy unto thou­sands of them that love me, and keep my com­mand­ments.
7 Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him guilt­less that taketh his name in vain.
8 Remem­ber the sab­bath day, to keep it holy.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 But the sev­enth day is the sab­bath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daugh­ter, thy manser­vant, nor thy maid­ser­vant, nor thy cat­tle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the sev­enth day: where­fore the LORD blessed the sab­bath day, and hal­lowed it.
12 Hon­our thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
13 Thou shalt not kill.
14 Thou shalt not com­mit adul­tery.
15 Thou shalt not steal.
16 Thou shalt not bear false wit­ness against thy neigh­bour.
17 Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour’s wife, nor his manser­vant, nor his maid­ser­vant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour’s.

Éxodo 20

1 Y habló Dios todas estas pal­abras, diciendo:
2 Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te saqué de la tierra de Egipto, de casa de servidum­bre.
3 No ten­drás dioses ajenos delante de mí.
4 No te harás ima­gen, ni ninguna seme­janza de lo que esté arriba en el cielo, ni abajo en la tierra, ni en las aguas debajo de la tierra.
5 No te incli­narás a ellas, ni las hon­rarás; porque yo soy Jehová tu Dios, fuerte, celoso, que vis­ito la mal­dad de los padres sobre los hijos hasta la ter­cera y cuarta gen­eración de los que me abor­recen,
6 y hago mis­eri­cor­dia a mil­lares, a los que me aman y guardan mis man­damien­tos.
7 No tomarás el nom­bre de Jehová tu Dios en vano; porque no dará por inocente Jehová al que tomare su nom­bre en vano.
8 Acuér­date del día de reposo para san­tifi­carlo.
9 Seis días tra­ba­jarás, y harás toda tu obra;
10 mas el sép­timo día es reposo para Jehová tu Dios; no hagas en él obra alguna, tú, ni tu hijo, ni tu hija, ni tu siervo, ni tu cri­ada, ni tu bes­tia, ni tu extran­jero que está den­tro de tus puer­tas.
11 Porque en seis días hizo Jehová los cie­los y la tierra, el mar, y todas las cosas que en ellos hay, y reposó en el sép­timo día; por tanto, Jehová bendijo el día de reposo y lo san­tificó.
12 Honra a tu padre y a tu madre, para que tus días se alarguen en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.
13 No matarás.
14 No come­terás adul­te­rio.
15 No hur­tarás.
16 No hablarás con­tra tu prójimo falso testimonio.

17 No cod­i­cia­rás la casa de tu prójimo, no cod­i­cia­rás la mujer de tu prójimo, ni su siervo, ni su cri­ada, ni su buey, ni su asno, ni cosa alguna de tu prójimo.

Deuteron­omy 5

1 And Moses called all Israel, and said unto them, Hear, O Israel, the statutes and judg­ments which I speak in your ears this day, that ye may learn them, and keep, and do them.
2 The LORD our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.
3 The LORD made not this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, who are all of us here alive this day.
4 The LORD talked with you face to face in the mount out of the midst of the fire,
5 (I stood between the LORD and you at that time, to shew you the word of the LORD: for ye were afraid by rea­son of the fire, and went not up into the mount;) say­ing,
6 I am the LORD thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage.
7 Thou shalt have none other gods before me.

14 But the sev­enth day is the sab­bath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daugh­ter, nor thy manser­vant, nor thy maid­ser­vant, nor thine ox, nor thine ass, nor any of thy cat­tle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates; that thy manser­vant and thy maid­ser­vant may rest as well as thou.
15 And remem­ber that thou wast a ser­vant in the land of Egypt, and that the LORD thy God brought thee out thence through a mighty hand and by a stretched out arm: there­fore the LORD thy God com­manded thee to keep the sab­bath day.
16 Hon­our thy father and thy mother, as the LORD thy God hath com­manded thee; that thy days may be pro­longed, and that it may go well with thee, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
17 Thou shalt not kill.
18 Nei­ther shalt thou com­mit adul­tery.
19 Nei­ther shalt thou steal.
20 Nei­ther shalt thou bear false wit­ness against thy neigh­bour.
21 Nei­ther shalt thou desire thy neighbour’s wife, nei­ther shalt thou covet thy neighbour’s house, his field, or his manser­vant, or his maid­ser­vant, his ox, or his ass, or any thing that is thy neighbour’s.
22 These words the LORD spake unto all your assem­bly in the mount out of the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick dark­ness, with a great voice: and he added no more. And he wrote them in two tables of stone, and deliv­ered them unto me.

Deuteronomio 5

1 Llamó Moisés a todo Israel y les dijo: Oye, Israel, los estatu­tos y decre­tos que yo pro­nun­cio hoy en vue­stros oídos; aprend­ed­los, y guardad­los, para pon­er­los por obra.
2 Jehová nue­stro Dios hizo pacto con nosotros en Horeb.
3 No con nue­stros padres hizo Jehová este pacto, sino con nosotros todos los que esta­mos aquí hoy vivos.
4 Cara a cara habló Jehová con vosotros en el monte de en medio del fuego.
5 Yo estaba entonces entre Jehová y vosotros, para declararos la pal­abra de Jehová; porque vosotros tuvis­teis temor del fuego, y no subis­teis al monte. Dijo:
6 Yo soy Jehová tu Dios, que te saqué de tierra de Egipto, de casa de servidum­bre.
7 No ten­drás dioses ajenos delante de mí.
8 No harás para ti escul­tura, ni ima­gen alguna de cosa que está arriba en los cie­los, ni abajo en la tierra, ni en las aguas debajo de la tierra.
9 No te incli­narás a ellas ni las servirás; porque yo soy Jehová tu Dios, fuerte, celoso, que vis­ito la mal­dad de los padres sobre los hijos hasta la ter­cera y cuarta gen­eración de los que me abor­recen,
10 y que hago mis­eri­cor­dia a mil­lares, a los que me aman y guardan mis man­damien­tos.
11 No tomarás el nom­bre de Jehová tu Dios en vano; porque Jehová no dará por inocente al que tome su nom­bre en vano.
12 Guardarás el día de reposo para san­tifi­carlo, como Jehová tu Dios te ha man­dado.
13 Seis días tra­ba­jarás, y harás toda tu obra;
14 mas el sép­timo día es reposo a Jehová tu Dios; ninguna obra harás tú, ni tu hijo, ni tu hija, ni tu siervo, ni tu sierva, ni tu buey, ni tu asno, ni ningún ani­mal tuyo, ni el extran­jero que está den­tro de tus puer­tas, para que des­canse tu siervo y tu sierva como tú.
15 Acuér­date que fuiste siervo en tierra de Egipto, y que Jehová tu Dios te sacó de allá con mano fuerte y brazo exten­dido; por lo cual Jehová tu Dios te ha man­dado que guardes el día de reposo.
16 Honra a tu padre y a tu madre, como Jehová tu Dios te ha man­dado, para que sean pro­lon­ga­dos tus días, y para que te vaya bien sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.
17 No matarás.
18 No come­terás adul­te­rio.
19 No hur­tarás.
20 No dirás falso tes­ti­mo­nio con­tra tu prójimo.
21 No cod­i­cia­rás la mujer de tu prójimo, ni desearás la casa de tu prójimo, ni su tierra, ni su siervo, ni su sierva, ni su buey, ni su asno, ni cosa alguna de tu prójimo.

22 Estas pal­abras habló Jehová a toda vues­tra con­gre­gación en el monte, de en medio del fuego, de la nube y de la oscuri­dad, a gran voz; y no añadió más. Y las escribió en dos tablas de piedra, las cuales me dio a mí.
