| WE are the sound of the trumpet and the voice of one crying out in Nevada’s Carson Valley, “Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.”We preach the everlasting gospel on Highway 395 and in the Carson Valley because God loves us, we love him, and obey him. He commanded us to preach in his name. He deserves that our lives glorify him, and we glorify him by bearing much fruit. The fruit we bear is love, and there is no greater love than we lay down our life. Unless we follow Christ and lay down our lives, we cannot bear fruit.Our desire in this place is to see much fruit born among the towns of Gardnerville and Minden, as well as Douglas county’s other towns and neighborhoods in Nevada’s Carson Valley. Whether we are in Gardnerville, or Minden, the Gardnerville Ranchos, Genoa, or the Johnson Lane neighborhood, we declare the great joy in being reconciled to God and in having peace with God through Jesus Christ. But there is no peace to the wicked and all nations that forget God shall be turned into hell. Nevada’s Carson Valley is no exception. But if we hearken unto his word, we will see that the Lord has made a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
